How long do I have to change my mind about a book?

7 days from the purchase. Ask inside that window and you get all your money back. I may ask what didn't work, but your refund never depends on the answer.

Pick whichever is easiest for you.

Request a refund from the seller: write to [email protected] with the email you used to buy.

When will the money show up?

It goes back to the same card or PayPal you paid with. The time it takes depends on your bank or payment provider.

Your first month is covered

Does the guarantee cover my first video course payment?

It does. Forgot to cancel? Write to me within 15 days of a charge and I'll refund that month.

Cancel when you like

How do I cancel the video course?

At your Payhip account: open your subscription and choose the cancellation option. Or write to [email protected] to request cancellation.

Your lessons keep coming until the end of the month you already paid. After that, no more charges.

Unsubscribing isn't cancelling

If I unsubscribe from the lesson emails, does the payment stop?

Afraid not. Unsubscribing only stops the emails. To stop the payments, cancel at your Payhip account.

Forgot to cancel?

What if I forgot to cancel, or was charged by mistake?

Write to me within 15 days of a charge and I'll refund that month.

After day 7

What if it's been more than 7 days?

After that, write to me anyway. A refund is never refused. For purchase issues, contact [email protected].
